A .38 Percussion Transitional Revolver With Swiveling Bayonet circa 1850 Unsigned with 5 1/2 inch Birmingham proofed barrel, fitted with a 4 1/2 inch triangular bayonet that fits back against the barrel when not in use. Plain six shot cylinder, foliate engraved round bodied action with top mounted bar hammer, two piece chequered walnut grips. Nipples damaged with one missing, has a working action but not 100% reliable.
